Job Summary:

Anywhere Talent seeks a highly organized and creative marketing professional to lead our global marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans with company objectives.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
  • Manage logistical aspects of promotional materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including trade shows and conferences.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for material delivery and conflict resolution.
  • Design and develop engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce brand-aligned marketing assets.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns, tracking key metrics for success.
  • Optimize social media content for engagement and ROI.
  • Oversee inventory management and promotion execution to meet quarterly targets.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of promotional materials across platforms.
  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and product information.
  • Develop presentations and collateral to enhance sales efforts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Measure campaign performance, report on ROI, and document activities for future reference.
  • Manage meeting schedules, timelines, files, and marketing documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with teams and vendors to ensure task accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and creating content for multiple platforms.
  • Preferred experience in event planning and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, including Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
