Ambitious Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to lead project execution and coordinate stakeholder contributions.

The ideal candidate will oversee capital investments relating to our fixed assets, relocating and optimizing the existing asset base or purchasing new ones.

  • Fulfill the Vertical Project Brief by reviewing project objectives and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Organize project execution at the site to ensure activities meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Mobilize internal and external resources, coordinating with teams to secure necessary personnel and materials.
  • Trigger alerts to the steering committee on project progress and issues.
  • Develop and evaluate team members, providing guidance to enhance skills and performance.
  • Coach the project team and foster a collaborative environment for success.
  • Control project communication to inform all stakeholders, including managing interactions outside of our organization.
  • Ensure registration of new assets and removal of old ones, maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies.

This role requires strict adherence to the WHO and Local Code in its letter and spirit. The successful candidate must be prohibited from making direct contact with pregnant women and mothers of infants and young children in their business capacity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics with 3-4 years of experience in project management.
  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of people, engaging, aligning, and mobilizing stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of Costing Guidelines and Finance & Accounting principles.
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
