Electrical Automation Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Systems Engineer to join our team.

This role involves managing and ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of electrical and automation systems for processing and aseptic PET filling lines. The successful candidate will support safe, cost-effective, and high-quality operations in line with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operation and Maintenance Planning: Plan and oversee the operation and preventive maintenance schedules of the aseptic PET bottling line.
  • Maintenance Execution and Effectiveness: Monitor the execution and effectiveness of scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with project teams for upgrades, capacity expansion, and optimization initiatives; train and develop technical staff in safe operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
  • Operational Planning: Prepare and review short- and long-term operational plans in coordination with department heads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Siemens PLCs and Rockwell Automation Systems: Solid foundation in Siemens PLCs (S7-200, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200) and Rockwell Automation systems.
  • Instrumentation and Process Control: Proficiency in instrumentation and process control systems used in modern bottling/processing environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving electrical and automation issues under time constraints.
  • Analytical and Leadership Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive root cause analysis and corrective action; proven ability to lead shift teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
