Strategic Leader Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership and be able to provide strategic direction for the organization. They should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

The position requires a deep understanding of business issues affecting the industry and development institutions, including policy, economic development, technology needs, skill needs, commercialization, management, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Exercising executive powers and authorities as delegated by the board.
  2. Plan, develop and execute strategies in consultation with other team members.
  3. Build and maintain relationships necessary for the furtherance of the company's objectives.
  4. Identify and assess opportunities, scope, and feasibility for new initiatives.
  5. Develop a clear understanding of business issues being faced by the industry and development institutions.
  6. Maintain close liaison with the chairman and the board of directors and keep them updated on the company's activities.
  7. Execute and implement all projects, directions, and decisions of the board of directors.
  8. Carry out all duties and responsibilities required under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
  9. Represent the organization and interact with various institutional divisions, as well as externally to government agencies and the general public.
  10. Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resources for the organization.
  11. Negotiate and finalize contracts and other legal documents on behalf of management.
