As a Business Technology Manager, you will work closely with executives, business leaders, and Biztech teams to design, implement, and support innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. You will act as the primary responsible for all the client deliveries, QA, and architect of the solution, with technical expertise and strategic direction on digital transformation, IT systems, and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Strategy Development:

Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.

Develop comprehensive CRM and business technology strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process optimization, digital transformation, and technology adoption.

Marketing & Revenue Operations Management – Oversee client marketing technology and revenue operations, ensuring seamless integration between marketing, sales, and customer success systems.

CRM Technology Expertise – Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign, with the ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot.

Client Engagement & Communication – Act as the primary point of contact with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions while maintaining strong relationships.

Project & Process Discipline – Manage initiatives within strict project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall), ensuring timelines, documentation, and governance standards are met.

Operational Excellence – Follow established documentation and process flows meticulously, while bringing a "can-do" attitude to solve problems, streamline workflows, and drive measurable impact.

Stakeholder Management:

Foster strong relationships with senior management, key business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing existing systems and processes.

Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technology solutions across the business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or a related role.

Proven experience in designing and implementing technology solutions that support business growth.

Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Only services and consulting experience is preferred.

Must Have Skills:
