Job Summary:
Devsinc is seeking a skilled LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Strategy:
    • Develop and implement LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B IT markets.
    • Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Targeted Outreach:
    • Use advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
    • Send personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
  • Content Utilization:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that engages prospects.
    • Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and contacts.
    • Track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
    • Analyze key metrics (response rate, connection rate, lead quality) to optimize outreach.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
