Job Role

Drive end-to-end execution and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative strategies.

Monitor key performance metrics, run A/B testing, and manage budgets for efficient ROI. Leverage analytics, reporting, and market insights to recommend improvements, propose new strategies, and present data-driven growth plans to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Main Objectives:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels to drive acquisition and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment between creatives, messaging, and business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, audience targeting, and bidding approaches.
  • Manage ad budgets and pacing for efficient spend allocation.
  • Ensure accurate tracking via analytics tools.
  • Build dashboards/reports with BI teams for performance visibility.
  • Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to propose new strategies.
  • Present strategic updates, performance results, and growth plans to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations to inform future planning and investment.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing or Business - foundational marketing and business strategy knowledge.
  • Specialized degrees: Google Ads & Meta Ads Certifications, GA4 proficiency, attribution model understanding.
  • 3-5 years of paid campaign management experience with proven results.
  • Useful: CRM, marketing automation exposure, telco or subscription business familiarity.
