We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team.

Job Description
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related tickets to ensure smooth cloud operations.
  • Maintain and provision highly available cloud environments using Terraform, Ansible, and automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure components, including Virtual Machines, Networking (vNET, VPN, NSG, Firewalls, DNS), and Backup Vaults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve infrastructure-related helpdesk tickets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize cloud configurations and security.
  • Implement and improve automation for infrastructure deployment and management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for writing, handling, and validating infrastructure as code.
  • Proficiency with Ansible, including writing and maintaining playbooks.
  • Strong understanding of Azure and AWS services such as Virtual Machines, VPN, Backup Vault, NSG, Cognito and Automation Accounts.
