About This Role:
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the growth and efficiency of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging critical talent, vendors, or partners, and developing effective strategies to meet the organization's needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Research and identify qualified candidates, vendors, or partners using various sourcing methods and platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data in relevant systems, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management.
  • Present the organization's mission and opportunities to potential candidates/suppliers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regional or global market knowledge, especially if sourcing across geographies.
  • Passion for the organization's mission and values.
