Job Summary

As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting the acquisition team by screening candidates, managing acquisition platforms, and building a talent pipeline. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records and leveraging data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes. Your ability to source niche talent and engage passive candidates will help address the growing needs of our organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Screening
  1. Review and screen candidate profiles from job boards and Greenhouse.
  2. Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements and shortlist for the pipeline.
  3. Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates across different sourcing channels.
Referral Program
  1. Manage the referral programs for both Pakistan and Peru.
  2. Update the referral platform timely.
Talent Pipeline Development
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future roles.
  2. Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of qualified talent to meet the growing needs of the business.
  3. Ensure detailed and accurate records of applicants and hiring decisions are maintained in Greenhouse.
  4. Manage all candidate data in compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
  5. Regularly report on key recruitment metrics to help optimize talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR-related functions.
  3. Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Criteria and LinkedIn), and sourcing tools.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A proactive approach to talent sourcing and pipeline management.
