The role of a Senior Student Counsellor is multifaceted and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The jobholder will provide accurate and professional counselling and advising services to help students choose the best suitable study program and university that meets their academic and financial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on university applications, including gathering and preparing required documents for choice of programs.
  • Assist with visa applications and prepare students for embassy interviews.
  • Develop strategies to attract and recruit prospective students.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, face-to-face, telephone, email, and virtual platforms, according to Customer Service Excellence standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu is required.
  • Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility in adjusting hours of work is essential when there is an operational need to do so.
  • The postholder will work on a 5-day week shift basis and is entitled to 2 days off, which may not be consecutive.
  • Be prepared to work unsocial or varied hours to ensure high standards and appropriate customer service; flexible working hours.
