We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Counsellor to join our team at Crossroad Consultants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and students.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients and students
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and students
- Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages in the education sector
- Track key performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Experience in education consultancy preferred, but fresh graduates can also apply
- Strong knowledge of admission and visa processes
- Proven experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrated success in sales roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
The successful Education Counsellor will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase client engagement and conversion rates. They will work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of Crossroad Consultants.
