Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Specialist to enhance our prospecting efforts and create qualified opportunities. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing strategies that elevate our brand in the spatial intelligence and infrastructure monitoring sectors.

The Sales Specialist will work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders to create a cohesive and impactful strategy that resonates with our B2B audience. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with existing clients, identifying challenges, and coordinating with internal teams to provide feasible solutions.

A strong understanding of our technology and market is essential to create opportunities for Kodifly. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upsells and growth.
  • Identify challenges facing existing clients and coordinate with internal teams to provide feasible solutions.
  • Develop a solid understanding of Kodifly's technology and market to create opportunities.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and make initial connections.
  • Pitch Kodifly's products to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, along with a proven ability to meet and exceed expectations.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
  • Strong end-to-end ownership of opportunities created.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRMs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
