We are looking for an exceptional design professional to fill a part-time Architectural Designer position. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.

  • This role is perfect for a talented individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with our team to bring innovative designs to life.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and planning structures that adhere to functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project, creating detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and preferences
  2. Create accurate and detailed designs using CAD software
  3. Select suitable materials and finishes
  4. Evaluate designs against building codes and regulations
  5. Work effectively with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
  6. Mentor junior designers
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in architectural design
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
  • Excellent design skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
