Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting company products, developing new features and updates, creating customized solutions based on customer needs, designing and reviewing new systems, mentoring junior resources, providing technical roadmaps, and assisting in review/debugging issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
  • Develop new features and updates to improve product functionality.
  • Create customized solutions based on customer needs to drive business growth.
  • Design and review new systems to ensure they are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
  • Mentor junior resources to help them grow professionally and personally.
  • Provide technical roadmaps to guide the team towards achieving business objectives.
  • Assist in reviewing and debugging issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements & Skills:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who has a strong background in .NET (MVC / Core) development with at least 12-15 years of experience. You should have hands-on understanding and knowledge of Entity Framework, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API client, Database Designing, and TSQL Programming for MS SQL.

You should also have practical knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React, understanding of Git repository systems like TFS or GitHub, knowledge of JIRA (Issue tracking system), REST API development, ASP.NET Web Forms Development, and Postman for API testing.

Bonus Skills:

An eye for detail, strong communication skills, and understanding of Twilio programmable communication APIs will be a plus.

Education:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar is required.
