You will gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements
  • Designing and implementing complex CRM solutions
  • Cultivating and brainstorming approaches to a requirement when needed
  • Meticulously understanding the requirements
  • Estimating efforts around multiple approaches
  • Narrating & quantifying the pros & cons
  • Developing and customizing various CRM components
  • Implement integrations with external systems
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft's Modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports
  • Experience with building and releasing solutions
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Preference for candidates with banking experience
