About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in driving data-led decision making.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data, financial analytics, and cross-functional problem-solving in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Automation & Dashboarding:

Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational finance needs.

  • Data Reconciliation & Accuracy:

Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across internal systems and external platforms.

  • Process Improvement Projects:

Identify opportunities to optimize manual processes and lead automation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with departments to support their data needs, enabling real-time decision making through robust Business Intelligence solutions.

  • Financial Visibility & Strategic Insights:

Support senior leadership with C-level dashboards and executive summaries by consolidating multi-source data into actionable insights.

  • Ad-Hoc Analysis & POCs:

Respond to evolving business needs through one-time analyses, proof-of-concept reports, and special projects tied to growth, compliance, or financial strategy.


What You Need to Be Successful
  • 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or FP&A roles.
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with financial systems such as SAP is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's OR Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, or similar certifications is preferred.
