You will be a manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain, or FP&A. You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution, and support the delivery of overall objectives. You will also ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You may have a direct report or manage third-party resources.

How you will contribute
  • Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a focused scope.
  • Own data collection and verify data integrity.
  • Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment and full adherence to policies.
  • Help prepare critical financial data and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead projects to improve efficiencies and processes, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team, investing in personal development and driving the finance talent agenda, especially within the local FP&A pipeline.

More about this role

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (preferred), Professional Accounting certification, MBA from top schools

Experience: Minimum of 7 years, ideally with an FMCG company. Experience in FP&A, Category Finance, or Commercial Finance is essential.

No relocation support available.
