Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to evaluating their suitability for various positions.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing Candidates: Identify and engage potential candidates through various online channels and professional networks.
- Interview Planning: Coordinate interview procedures, including screening calls and assessments.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Job Description Creation: Develop job descriptions and interview questions that align with each position's requirements.
- Employer Branding: Lead employer branding initiatives to promote our company's image and values.
- Hiring Forecasting: Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing organization.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
