Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital & Media Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Marketing Transformation Agenda in Pakistan across both food and beverages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated marketing, with experience in creating immersive, full-funnel brand experiences that drive commercial business impact. They will also have expertise in managing large-scale programs, working with various agencies, and tracking progress against critical transformation verticals.

Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of deploying marketing programs in-market, as well as experience in managing creative and PR agencies, setting KPIs, and tracking progress against shared goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years of overall marketing experience
  • Strong integrated marketing experience (creating immersive, full funnel brand experiences to deliver brand experiences that drive commercial business impact)
  • Expertise with media plan optimization and working with media partners to scale activations
  • Proven success record of deploying marketing programs in-market
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of the Marketing Transformation Agenda in Pakistan, which includes building new omni-channel E2E TCP strategies for our brands, kicking off Pakistan BU efforts to enable personalization at scale, and experimenting with future-forward marketing techniques and domains.

They will also be responsible for reviewing and reimagining the agency ecosystem, working with marketing procurement to build an agency roster, and scaling 1P data through codifying acquisition strategies and optimal database exploitation.

Furthermore, the candidate will support and co-own the localization of some of the global/sector marketing transformation priorities, such as LifeTimeValue / loyalty, and lead on media and creative agency relationships to optimize SOWs and deliverables.
