**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Technician to join our team. This role involves installing and aligning wireless antennas, performing CPE installations for residential and commercial customers, laying outdoor cables, mounting poles, and handling minor tower work.

The successful candidate will conduct Line of Sight (LOS) checks, ensure proper signal strength, troubleshoot connectivity and equipment issues, and coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and technical team for link testing and activation.

**Requirements**

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a minimum Matric / DAE in Electrical or Telecom (preferably), have at least 1 year of experience in ISP fieldwork or wireless installation, and be familiar with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Cambium, TP-Link devices.

Candidates must also be able to climb poles/towers safely and use hand tools effectively. Additionally, they should own a bike, as transportation is required for this role.
