Quality Management System Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of the organizational quality management system aligning with international standards.

• Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with established benchmarks.

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems to ensure operational excellence.

• Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes to guarantee consistency and adherence to quality standards.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to quality and report findings to senior leadership.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.

• Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends.

• Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits.

• Work with relevant departments to update and revise documents as needed.

• Coordinate external assessments and certifications to ensure organizational readiness.

Qualification and Experience:

• 2+ years of proven experience in quality management or a related role.

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, business administration, or a related field.

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

• Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
