Business Development Specialist

About This Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients in media, events, advertising, and corporate sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Achieve sales targets and deliver consistent results.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and our creative team to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within media or creative industries.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission basis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively.
