We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to expand our presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the team to align client needs with our solutions.
- Draft compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
- Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a basic understanding of AI technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with international clients.
- 0-1 years of experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
