Senior Manufacturing EngineerIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process. This includes designing and developing injection-mold machinery to ensure efficient production.Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Plastic Engineering with at least four years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Expertise in plastics injection-molding fabrication processes.
  • Proficiency in mold design and tooling development.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure defect-free products.
  2. Design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
  3. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment.
  4. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  5. Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  6. Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g. Autodesk Inventor).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
