Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to oversee contract management for high-rise building projects and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and review contract documents to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports and analysis related to contractual issues and disputes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the project team to review and respond to contractor correspondences and advise on contractual aspects.
  • Negotiate and lead meetings with contractors to resolve claims and disputes.
  • Verify and accept bank guarantees, warranties, and other specified documentation from contractors.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks that may impact client interests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • At least 15 years of experience in contract administration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial practice.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
