Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned freelancer to represent our agency on Fiverr, focusing on web development projects. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and bring in projects related to web development.

Your role will involve actively responding to client inquiries and offers, gathering clear project requirements, negotiating pricing and timelines professionally, and forwarding finalized project details to our in-house development team.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent written communication skills in English, and possesses a basic understanding of web development services such as Laravel, WordPress, HTML, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and offers in a timely and professional manner
  • Gathering clear project requirements from clients and communicating these to our in-house development team
  • Negotiating pricing and timelines with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Forwarding finalized project details to our in-house development team for execution
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience dealing with clients on Fiverr or similar platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of web development services (Laravel, WordPress, HTML, etc.)
  • A friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
