  2. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues: You will be responsible for tracking project milestones and identifying any potential roadblocks.
  3. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status: You will work with the project team to develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed.
  4. Keep track of project budget and expenses: You will be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that expenses are tracked accurately.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule: You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  6. Assist with risk management and problem-solving as needed: You will work with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field: A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or economics is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: You must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities: You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team: You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles: A basic understanding of project management principles is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required for this role.
