Compliance Manager for US Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to legal standards in the US healthcare industry. This role is responsible for enforcing regulations across all aspects and levels of business, as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.

The goal is to maintain a lawful and ethical course by implementing effective control systems, identifying hidden risks, and addressing non-conformity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or address violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and continually improve them.
  • Periodically review procedures, reports, and other documents to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Assess the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
  • Stay informed about regulatory developments within and outside the organization, as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Compliance Manager, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a compliance manager in the US healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of US healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
  • A strong understanding of business operations combined with a commitment to legality.
  • Methodical and diligent approach with outstanding planning abilities.
  • An analytical mind able to identify complexities in procedures and regulations.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
