Electronics Showroom Team Lead
">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Showroom Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
">Main Responsibilities:
">Meet showroom sales objectives by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
">Conduct daily floor walks and team meetings to discuss showroom achievements, individual performance, sales and customer service trainings, product knowledge, and company information.
">Respond to customer complaints and comments in a timely and professional manner.
">Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
">Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and stay updated on forthcoming customer initiatives and local competitors' activities.
">Implement sales promotions and product display plans, analyze their success rate, and suggest future promotions.
">Actively participate in business-to-local (BTL) activities to improve traffic to showrooms and ensure accurate footfall tracking.
">Create in-store excitement with innovative and creative merchandising ideas in coordination with the line manager.
">Ensure excellence in customer service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
">Manage inventory and showroom operations, including ensuring compliance with company SOPs for retail showroom operations, sales, pricing, payments, and financial policies and procedures.
">Control expenditures, minimize stock losses, and coordinate to ensure zero collection outstanding.
">Responsible for showroom maintenance and safety of company assets, as well as ensuring implementation of a disaster recovery plan.
">Ensure all commercial requirements pertaining to trade licenses, health and safety, and promotional licenses and permits are maintained.
">Liaise with mall management teams and build relationships to gain information on other retailers, footfall trends, and mall promotion plans.
">
Team Management:
">As a team lead, you will be responsible for attending and chairing meetings, coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising performance results of team members.
">You will oversee Cashier's activities, including daily cash/credit reconciliation, bank deposits, down payments, and sales orders, as well as Store Keeper's activities related to showroom inventory management, stock control, and pilferage control.
">Additionally, you will be responsible for role delivery and development of Assistant Showroom Managers, Cashiers, and Store Keepers, as well as managing leave plans of team members.
