Assistant Manager - Fabric Quality Assurance

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various fabrics, including Denim, Twill, and Poplin.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and analyze fabric samples to ensure they meet quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement effective quality control processes to minimize defects and improve efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve fabric-related issues and negotiate improvements.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in fabric technology and quality control.
  8. Maintain accurate records and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in fabric quality assurance or control.
  • Advanced knowledge of textile science, including fabric properties and testing methods.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
