About the Role

This is a key position in our organization that requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. As an Engineering Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing engineering projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in engineering project coordination or management roles. A master's degree in Engineering Management is also preferred.

The selected candidate will be required to plan, manage, and oversee engineering projects, coordinate with engineering teams, manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, and prepare detailed project reports.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CMMI certification processes, procedures, and standards.
