We are looking for a skilled Contracts Engineer to join our team for a significant Hydropower project based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
This role involves managing contractual matters and assisting in the administration of claims to ensure smooth project execution.
Project Objectives:
- To manage contractual matters effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- To monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any deviations proactively.
- To coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and claims.
- To provide support in dispute resolution and claims negotiation when required.
This position requires a strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
Required Skills:
- Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc/BE in Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in contract management within infrastructure or hydropower projects.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and claims processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant contract management tools.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
