Administrative Management Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our administrative team and oversee daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate support services including record keeping, mail distribution, telephone receptionist duties, and other office support functions.
- Ensure effective communication systems by evaluating options, maintaining equipment, and approving invoices.
- Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, ensuring a safe work environment, and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Achieve staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ISO principles, standards, and inspection methods.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and fulfill obligations.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
