Pastry Innovator

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pastry production, including leadership roles. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Pastry Artisan to oversee the preparation of all pastries, train junior staff, and maintain high-quality standards.

• Develop and execute innovative pastry menus that meet our quality expectations.
• Provide hands-on training and supervision to junior pastry chefs.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient production.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of various types of pastries, baking techniques, and ingredients.
• Ability to create new and unique pastry recipes while maintaining classic favorites.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train junior staff.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of pastries for daily orders.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for creating exceptional pastries.
