**Job Overview:**

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites applications for a Procurement Officer position to support the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Global Fund HIV Grant in Pakistan. This role requires a highly skilled individual to deliver procurement services, ensuring compliance with UNDP rules and regulations.

About the Role:

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for ensuring full compliance of procurement activities with UNDP rules, regulations, policies, and strategies. Key responsibilities include preparing and drafting procurement documentation, advising on project procurement activities, and preparing reports on the status of procurement activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced university degree in Business or Public Administration or related field.
  • Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in procurement at the national or international level with international organizations, donors, NGOs.
  • Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a UN or international organization in completing procurement management is required.
  • Knowledge of UN system & online web-based systems is required.
