Regional Sales Director

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks a skilled Sales Leader to oversee sales teams in the German market. This role involves developing strategies to meet regional business objectives, analyzing category development potential, and driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Set Regional Objectives: Establish clear, measurable goals for the sales team to ensure delivery of AOP and strategic plans in line with regional targets.
- Category Development: Estimate and analyze category development potential for each category within FLP and create subsequent plans to consistently grow shares in each category.
- Action Plan Execution: Implement and cascade action plans to territory teams to execute counter strategies.
- Strategic Growth: Strategize and brainstorm with ZSM to drive sustainable growth objectives and realign strategy as needed.
- Volume Targets: Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly volume targets, as well as target brand and pack deliverables.
- Progress Review: Review progress against objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Management: Ensure smooth flow of information to ZSM and Sales Director to aid strategic decision-making and guarantee accurate financial and sales data.
- Distributor ROI: Monitor and manage trade discounts with TSOs on a monthly basis.
- Retailer Productivity: Drive productivity optimization and motivation for TSOs and DSRs through daily interaction, weekly meetings, and setting efficient operating procedures.
- Staffing Requirements: Assist ZSM in optimizing staffing requirements through liaison with HR Commercial Manager.
