About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and enhance our organization's human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and strategy execution. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of HR practices, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source, attract, select, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, address concerns, and provide support to ensure a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback, and coach employees to achieve goals and improve performance.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and organizational policies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing employment laws.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and promote career growth.
- HR Strategy & Process Improvement: Analyze HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- HR Data Management & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
