Job Description
You will be responsible for handling general accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries, completing reconciliations, and performing variance analysis to ensure compliance with GAAP standards. Additionally, you will review financial documents for accuracy and reconcile accounts to prevent discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions.
• Complete reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency in all financial dealings.
• Perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement efficient solutions, driving business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records and maintain a cohesive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Assist external accounting firms with tax filing preparation, providing expert knowledge and support to ensure seamless execution.
• Support the annual financial statement audit process, ensuring clear communication with auditors and stakeholders to address any queries or concerns.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business operations, adapting to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial principles, and accounting methods (cash and accrual), with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and other accounting software, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and interpretation.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, applying analytical skills to identify trends and insights, with a focus on driving business decisions and strategy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders and team members to achieve common goals and promote collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and error-free documentation, with a focus on maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands with ease.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage effectively, taking ownership of projects and delivering results-driven outcomes, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supported by relevant professional experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with expertise in accounting software applications, especially NetSuite.
