We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Crime Investigations Specialist. In this capacity, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing financial crime threats, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Interface with stakeholders to coordinate change and prioritization efforts, ensuring seamless implementation of new policies and procedures.
  2. Represent the Financial Crime department in governance forums and meetings, providing expert insights and guidance as required.
  3. Communicate and report non-compliance issues promptly, escalating them to leadership as necessary.
  4. Prepare thorough documentation for alert cases, including false positives and true matches, within agreed timeframes.
  5. Educate stakeholders on true matches, ensuring accurate and timely escalation.
  6. Maintain exceptionally high-quality investigations, adhering to established processes and procedures.
  7. Deliver error-free reporting activity on schedule, meeting stringent deadlines and performance targets.
  8. Analyze root causes of Alert Adjudication issues, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  9. Prioritize and manage processing targets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), documenting and justifying any missed targets.
