We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in Lahore.
The primary objective is to expand our business footprint in medical software development, cultivating new markets and forging strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a growth mindset by identifying opportunities for expansion, conducting thorough research, and cultivating new markets.
- Conduct detailed analysis to pinpoint emerging trends and customer needs, arranging high-level meetings with prospective clients to establish strong relationships.
- Promote our products/services by understanding and addressing client objectives, providing exceptional support and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing and new customers, mentoring entry-level staff to transform them into valuable assets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a business development manager or sales executive with experience in logistics, prior experience in customer support being highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential, enabling effective communication and data management.
