Lead Java Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Java technology. They should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience with agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical designs to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement high-quality code, following established coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
