Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
  2. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations.
  3. Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
  4. Conduct onboarding processes and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  5. Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in hiring and recruitment.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance.
