The Head of Data Centre and Power Infrastructure will play a critical role in driving sustainability and efficiency initiatives within the organization.

This person will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce energy consumption, improve power efficiency, and enhance overall sustainability across all mission-critical facilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, Tier-grade data centers and power systems, with a deep understanding of data center facility design, operations, and compliance standards.

Data Centre Management Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate Tier-grade, accredited data centers across the network footprint.">
  • Maintain certifications and compliance as per international and local regulatory standards.">
  • Implement global best practices for facility uptime, energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and emergency readiness.">
  • Oversee OEM, vendor, and FLM partners to ensure high operational standards and response metrics.">

Power Infrastructure Management Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design, deployment, and performance of national power infrastructure across data centers, exchanges, and key network sites.">
  • Ensure energy efficiency, alternate power planning, and sustainability programs.">
  • Establish robust monitoring and automation for power systems to proactively manage outages and cost optimization.">
  • Lead energy audits, power resilience planning, and partnerships for cleaner energy options.">

Leadership and Team Development

  • Build and develop high-performing facility and infrastructure teams with clear succession planning.">
  • Develop SOPs, governance models, and automated workflows for efficient infrastructure operations.">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical field.">
  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure operations and Data centre management, with 7+ years in senior leadership managing large-scale, Tier-grade data centers and power systems.">
  • Deep knowledge of data center facility design, operations, and compliance standards.">
  • Proven expertise in power infrastructure planning, deployment, and energy management.">
  • Familiarity with automation, monitoring systems, and modern infrastructure management tools.">
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.">
