Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our residential buildings and facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Operations: Ensure that all facilities on ground and residential buildings are safe, well-functioning, and meet health and safety standards.
  2. Budget Management: Prepare departmental budgets that prioritize cost-effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement policies and guidelines for facility inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Staffing and Performance: Make staffing decisions, prepare employee performance appraisals, and track performance to meet objectives.
  5. Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Develop and implement system solutions to problems through collaboration with subordinate employees and cross-functional teams.
  6. Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers, residents, and facilities staff to deliver exceptional service and support.
  7. Project Management: Plan and direct facilities maintenance, repair, and project activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  8. Contract Management: Manage and review service contracts, as well as outsourced services used for installing, building, or repairing facilities as needed.
  9. Equipment and Supply Management: Oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
