About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and experienced marketing professional to spearhead our B2B marketing initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading our marketing efforts across various channels, including paid advertising, content creation, search engine optimization, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
This includes developing and executing a holistic B2B marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives, leading a cross-functional team of specialists, setting clear KPIs, and managing team performance through regular reviews and goal-setting.

Paid Advertising & Media:
  • Oversee paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B networks.
  • Manage budget allocation, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance reporting.

Content Creation:
  • Direct the content calendar and strategy across formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages). Ensure content aligns with each stage of the buyer's journey and contributes to organic traffic and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with internal/external writers and designers to deliver high-quality assets.

SEO & Organic Growth:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase lead flow.
  • Monitor performance through tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Analytics & Optimization:
  • Analyze full-funnel performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to track ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:
Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital/inbound marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in managing PPC, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with CRO and user journey mapping.

Previous success in scaling inbound lead generation efforts is desired.
