Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts, create engaging content, and execute multi-channel campaigns. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and optimize marketing strategies, manage website updates, and improve SEO.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our WordPress website for performance, user experience, and search rankings. You will also support the creation of blog posts, LinkedIn content, email campaigns, landing pages, and videos to engage our audience. Additionally, you will manage HubSpot/Salesforce Pardot workflows, email automation, and CRM data to support lead nurturing and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website & SEO Management – Maintain and optimize our WordPress website for performance, user experience, and search rankings.
  • Content Creation, Branding & Graphic Design – Support the creation of blog posts, LinkedIn content, email campaigns, landing pages, and videos to engage our audience.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM – Manage HubSpot/Salesforce Pardot workflows, email automation, and CRM data to support lead nurturing and campaign performance tracking.
  • Event & Webinar Coordination – Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, handling logistics, promotions, and attendee communications.
  • Lead Management & CRM Support – Track and qualify marketing leads within the CRM, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization – Analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement, lead generation, conversions) and assist with competitive benchmarking to refine strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media strategies, and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Content & Design Proficiency: Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills to create engaging and brand-aligned content. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is an asset.
  • Marketing Tools & Automation: Experience using HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative & Self-Driven: Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to team-oriented projects.
