As a Digital Marketing Strategist at BeHope.ca, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital advertising strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, and proficiency in using advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Advertising Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to achieve client goals and brand messaging.
  2. Campaign Setup and Management: Set up and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, monitor performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  3. Keyword Research and Audience Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign targeting.
  4. Ad Copy Creation: Create compelling ad copies and creatives that align with client goals and brand messaging.
  5. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  3. Proficient in using advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Flexible schedule, available to work 25 hours per week during evening hours (6 pm - 11 pm).
