Senior Technical Sales Manager Opportunity

Better Devices is a Product-First Embedded Systems studio based in Berlin.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Manager to join our Islamabad office.

The role is on-site in Islamabad, Pakistan. Only apply if you're eligible to work in Islamabad.

You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Islamabad.

You will work on the front lines of outreach, employing innovative engagement strategies to connect with potential clients and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  1. Develop tailored sales pitches to effectively communicate the value of our embedded systems solutions.
  2. Utilize multiple outreach channels to engage with prospective clients and decision-makers.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, addressing client inquiries by simplifying technical concepts.
  4. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.

Market Development

  1. Identify, research, and prioritize new business opportunities through various sources.
  2. Use market insights to identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities.
  3. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Performance Monitoring

  1. Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
  2. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role at a leading technology company.
  2. Solid understanding of technical specifications, features, and applications of products in industries like IoT, automotive, and industrial automation.
  3. Proven track record of driving sales growth, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  5. Experience in building and leading sales teams is a strong plus.
