Job Summary:

The Claims Manager professional will be responsible for managing and investigating claims, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

This position involves leading the claims process from initiation to closure, conducting thorough analysis of claims data and documentation, and developing effective claims handling strategies.

A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of banking regulations and laws.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and manage claims from initiation to closure
  • Conduct thorough analysis of claims data and documentation
  • Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth claims process
  • Analyze and report on claims trends and statistics

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Law)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and laws

Work Environment:

This is a contract basis position, working 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week in the banking industry. A strong understanding of banking regulations and laws is essential for success in this role.
